Community Development Manager

PUNCH, an online magazine about drinks and drinking culture in collaboration with Penguin Random House and the Crown Publishing Group (home of Clarkson Potter and Ten Speed Press), is looking for an organized, strategy-minded, tech-savvy individual to help lead community development. The ideal candidate is organized, can straddle a line between editorial and marketing with ease, and will thrive in a collaborative, self-starting environment.

The Community Development Manager will be in charge of all of PUNCH's social feeds, newsletter and site analytics. The Community Development Manager will work closely with PUNCH's new business lead and partnerships manager on partner campaigns and our art director to create original social content.

You Will

• Establish and manage a growth strategy for Facebook and Instagram

• Establish and manage a growth strategy PUNCH's newsletter

• Help maintain a consistent voice for PUNCH on its social platforms

• Work closely with PUNCH's editor in chief and art director to create original social content

• Collaborate with PUNCH's business team on partner campaigns

You Have

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing / audience development or community development

• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite (or other), Photoshop and InDesign

• Familiarity with analytics programs such as Google Analytics and Omniture
